Isac Artzi’s career spans 20 years of software development, research on code streaming algorithms, mobile games development, and most recently mathematical modeling and computer simulations of microclimates and urban fabrics. Isac is passionate about technology-driven education and enjoys synthesizing concepts and methods in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Business, and Internet Technologies. Enthusiastic champion of knowledge as a right and not a privilege. Multilingual, world-travelled, and holder of two patents in the area of software as a service (SaaS). Enthusiastic teacher, mentor, team builder, and avid advocate of learning-centered instruction. Isac has traveled to 22 countries, during which he was able to develop a deep appreciation for cultural, social, and religious diversity.
Paul Barrett, Arizona Energy Services
Electrical Engineering
Paul Barrett has been in the electrical and lighting industry since 1999. He completed an Associates Degree in Electrical Theory and went on to acquire his K-11 contractors license from the State of Arizona in 2005. He started Arizona Energy Services (a Gilbert repair/ installation electrical contractor) in 2005 and currently is serving businesses and residences throughout Arizona.
Sean Geraghty, Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Sean Geraghty is a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the largest professional services firm in the world, with over 200,000 people and presence in 157 countries. With 27 years of experience, Sean is adept at applying engineering principles, mathematics, statistics, and advanced analytics to solve business problems. Sean’s diverse career path spans many industries, including upstream oil & gas research, supercomputing, telecom equipment and services, data management systems, and software development. Sean has BS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering, and has held part-time faculty positions at various colleges and universities, teaching engineering, calculus, statistics, and computer science courses. Sean is the co-author of 2 patents.
Maritza Grijalva, Club Z Tutoring

I am the owner and Area Director of Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services of Gilbert. I have an extensive background in STEM education and application. I have always enjoyed Math, and at a very early age, decided to follow my passion. I obtained a bachelors and masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and have earned several additional professional certifications throughout my 16-year Engineering career including becoming a Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt. I have acquired a diverse knowledge by working in different companies, countries and industries, including Electronics, Automotive and Aerospace.
Brent Nannenga, Arizona State University
Chemical Engineering
Brent Nannenga received his B.S.E. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University in 2005 and 2007. He then earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 2011 from the University of Washington while researching protein folding pathway engineering for improved protein production. After completing his doctoral degree, he then moved to Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s Janelia Research Campus as a postdoctoral associate to develop new methods in cryo-TEM and electron diffraction of protein crystals. Following his postdoctoral research, Brent then returned to Arizona State University in 2015 to take a position as an Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering. The Nannenga lab’s research interests include continued development of new tools and techniques for biotechnology and structural biology as well as studying the structure-function relationship of the proteins involved in biomineralization.
Joel Saurey, EPS Group

Joel Saurey, P.E. is a principal partner of EPS Group, Inc. Mr. Saurey graduated in 1997 from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) course of study and major in Civil Engineering. Mr. Saurey has been involved in a wide array of projects over the course of his career ranging from several hundreds of acres and thousands of lots of residential subdivision to one-acre commercial corners. Mr. Saurey has worked all over the Maricopa County and Pinal County region. Some noteworthy projects Mr. Saurey has managed are the Glennwilde Master-planned residential subdivision in Maricopa, Arizona, the Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona, and the Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility (Sloan Park) in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. Saurey’s specialties range from rural and urban drainage studies and design, site grading, and major infrastructure roadway and utility projects. Travel to Southern California with his family as often as they can get away is his top hobby.
