About Congressman Andy Biggs
Congressman Andy Biggs is an Arizona native and is currently serving his fourth term in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Arizona's Fifth District. He lives in Gilbert with his wife of over 40 years, Cindy. They have six children and ten grandchildren.
Congressman Biggs received his bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from Brigham Young University; his M.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University; and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona. He is a retired attorney, who has been licensed to practice law in Arizona, Washington, and New Mexico.
Before being elected to Congress, Congressman Biggs served in the Arizona Legislature for 14 years – the last four as the Arizona Senate President. Congressman Biggs is a member of the House Judiciary Committee, where he chairs the Crime and Federal Government Surveillance Subcommittee, and the Oversight and Accountability Committee. He is the former chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, co-chair of the Border Security Caucus, and co-founder of the War Powers Caucus.
About Nikkie Nguyen
Nikkie Nguyen is the Government Affairs Manager of the Western Region for the United States Chamber of Commerce. The Western Regional office is responsible for advocating for the Chamber’s national public policy goals and cultivating relationships with local chamber partners in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Hawaii.
Prior to joining the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2024, Nikkie spent eight years in management roles in the public affairs and grassroots advocacy space. She has worked with elected officials at the Local, State, and Federal levels, and executives at some of the nation’s top political consulting firms. Her leadership and innovation helped her achieve bipartisan policy and political victories across 17 states.
Nikkie graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration and Public Policy and a minor in Communications.
