This annual event has traditionally served as a platform to unite representatives from business, education, and government sectors for collaborative discussions on workforce challenges and opportunities within the talent pipeline. Each table is purposefully designed to include a diverse mix of participants, ensuring perspectives from education, government, and both small and large businesses are represented. Historically, attendees have engaged in thoughtful discussions to explore opportunities for mutual support and collaboration.
This year, we are introducing a new, regionally focused approach. The event will feature Mark Perna as the keynote speaker, followed by an interactive workshop addressing key workforce challenges facing our region.
Our objective is to provide actionable insights and strategies for each sector to consider as we collectively strive to innovate and strengthen the workforce in our community.
