As you've noticed, there are a number of state and local government agencies represented at the 2014 Supplier Summit.  They want to engage with small business representatives.   What's required to effectively address these opportunities? We will help you outline some simple steps needed to create relevant business documentation before you start the bidding process.  There will be time for questions and general discussion.
 

10:30 am - 11:10 am - Keep Employees Safe and your Workman’s Comp Cost Low, by CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, formerly SCF of Arizona
All businesses with 1 or more employees are required to carry workers compensation insurance and should have a safety plan in place. Learn tips on how businesses can manage their exposure, reduce their costs and create a culture of safety. Attendees will take with them materials on managing their work comp program, a safety plan template to build or update their safety plan, and a tip sheet of easy to implement tools and resources.
