Designed for the Entrepreneur, these "GEMtalks", Gilbert, Entrepreneurial, Motivational talks, will feature an interactive session with a successful and motivational entrepreneur who will share his/her success story and provide insightful tips on how others can succeed in business and life. Attendees will have the opportunity to mingle, network, and interact with the featured speaker in an intimate setting.

Students, the public and Gilbert Chamber members are encouraged to participate.

About the Speaker:

Xavier A. Gutierrez
President, Chief Executive Officer & Alternate Governor
Arizona Coyotes Hockey Club

Xavier Gutierrez is the first Latino President and CEO in the National Hockey League, leading the Arizona Coyotes Hockey Club. In this role, Gutierrez oversees all business operations, strategic planning, significant organizational decision-making, and government relations for the club. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Clearlake Capital Group, a leading private investment firm that oversees $25 billion of institutional capital. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, he and his family relocated to San Jose, California when he was a toddler. The quintessential American success story, Gutierrez graduated from Harvard College and Stanford Law School, and for two decades built a sterling reputation in business, investment, and finance. A dedicated philanthropist and corporate leader, he serves on multiple boards and advisory councils including the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank of California, the largest Latino-owned bank in California, the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF), a public charitable organization founded in 1978 that stewards nearly $1.0 billion in assets for the greater Arizona community, and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the national organization focused on providing financial support for US Latinos to pursue higher education.


About the Opening Speaker:

Dr. Craig Scharf
LifeQuest Physical Medicine and Rehab

Dr. Craig Scharf is a magna cum laude graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic. During his academic career, Dr. Scharf was club certified and nationally certified in Chiropractic Biophysics as well as serving on the CBP club board as Sergeant of Arms. After chiropractic school, Dr. Scharf became board certified in Arizona and opened a Chiropractic USA office, now known as LifeQuest Physical Medicine and Rehab, in the city of Chandler, but serves patients who live throughout most of the east valley. In 2020 Dr. Scharf opened his second location in Gilbert.

We will gladly accommodate you with a virtual attendance link, if possible.
