How to use it? Dilute with coconut oil or sweet almond oil and apply to your abdomen for a warming massage. Massage on temples, forehead and bridge of nose to relieve tension. Diffuse for a clean, exciting aroma. It can be used in natural insect repellents. Mix with Lavender oil and Lemon oil for a very calming oil blend.
