Our infrared sauna combines the centuries-old practice of sauna with the modern science of infrared technology and red light therapy to transform your health and wellness.

An infrared sauna uses light colors including red light to create heat. A traditional sauna heats up the air whereas an infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Our full-spectrum infrared saunas combine the beneficial infrared rays with the therapeutic beauty of visible color light in every sauna session. By eliminating the sun’s troublesome, harmful UV rays we provide a safe, restorative sweat session that will leave you rejuvenated.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?  
Perspire Sauna Studio, S. Gilbert offers 9 private sauna suites with flat screen TVs and Premium entertainment with each infrared sauna equipped with Medical Grade Red Light Therapy.  

Each guest receives 4 spa quality towels for their 40 minute session including a chilled Eucalyptus wash towel to cool down and refresh yourself before leaving the studio.  

Perspire Sauna Studio is APPROVED for our members to pay for their memberships through their HSA & FSA accounts.  

We offer for sale healthy beverage options such as Raw Juice, Raw Shots, Essentia Water and Refreshing Coconut Waters.  We also offer LMNT electrolyte packets.

What motivates you professionally?
We are motivated to bring Perspire Sauna Studio not only to Gilbert but to the State of Arizona by being the first Perspire Sauna Studio in Arizona.  We love the reported health & wellness benefits reported by our members and guests who sauna with us.  

Coming out of COVID, we all have a heightened sense of self care and wellness and we love knowing that we are doing our part in helping individuals find sanctuary and safe space to improve their health and overall wellness.  

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
Being the first Perspire Sauna Studio in Arizona.  At least 10 more locations will be coming in the years ahead and we are thrilled to cut the path for others to follow.
