Thrive Mortgage offers excellent home loans. Whether you're looking to purchase your first home or right size for retirement, Thrive is there for you during every stage in life.

Not only do we offer the standard selection of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA loans. We also offer multiple Down Payment Assistance options for first time homebuyers. We have multiple low documentation options for self employed and property investors. We have solutions for those with complicated citizen status. We finance all sorts of different property types that other lenders will not touch. We handle Reverse Lending options for seniors that want mortgage payments to be optional. We do lot loans, rehab/renovation loans and construction loans.
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
Attentive service, even on weekends! Took the time to explain things clearly and showed genuine concern about us!
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
We're very excited to explore this relationship with Gilbert Chamber!
What motivates you professionally?
My company, Thrive Mortgage, motivates me! It's refreshing to be involved with a company so appreciative of those who are "Hungry, Humble and Smart!" I report to a female regional leader who is supported by an operations team headed by a female leader. The owners, a husband and wife team have announced their plans to retire in the next few years and the new CEO is also a female. This company has a long record of Thriving in every market opportunity is plentiful. I'm truly thankful to be involved.
What do you consider to be your greatest success?
I'm pleased to have gathered a team of upstanding individuals who care about creating lifetime client relationships!
Who do you look up to or admire?
I admire the strong, approachable leadership of Abraham Lincoln. I appreciate how he wove simple humble storytelling into the lofty subjects he discussed. His explanations where well thought through, and his expert knitting together opposing views created compromise that not many leaders could achieve. A family man of gentle spirit and mighty strength, I deeply respect those leaders who cultivate such qualities.
When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
When I’m not working, I enjoy mountain biking, classic movies, and exploring historical sites.
