How many years have you been in business?
6 years
What product or service do you offer?
We offer property restoration services to residential and commercial customers, from mitigation (cleanup) through rebuild. We specialize in damage caused by water, fire, storm, and accident, including mold remediation and asbestos testing and removal.
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
Our "Uniques" make us different...
Our Culture and our People.
We Exceed Expectations.
We are Moral.
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
A recent review from a customer...
It is rare to find a company nowadays that exemplifies the term: Great Customer Service. Gateway Restoration is such a company. Everyone we worked with--from the top echelon to the demo crew--was professional, responsive and empathetic. We highly recommend them.
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
We have only recently joined, but Phaedra jumped right into attending meetings, networking and setting up individual meetings to get to know everyone a little better. The Gilbert Chamber is incredibly welcoming and everyone we've met has been so friendly and genuinely interested in establishing a relationship. We look forward to getting more involved in the Chamber and our community!
What motivates you professionally?
I love to meet new people and see how we can be of service to each other. It makes my heart happy to introduce someone in NEED of a product/service to someone who can PROVIDE it - it's a win for both of them! I also love to learn and experience new things. I seek out different groups and activities where I can learn something new and meet amazing people.
What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My attitude and acceptance of others, bringing humor and light-heartedness to situations, and a genuine love for life.
Who do you look up to or admire?
Willie Nelson. I often ask myself, WWWD? Lol, but seriously he's an amazing person...so accepting of others, so Zen-like. I love his humorous attitude and kind spirit.
When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
I live in Power Ranch, so I spend lots of time walking/biking the trails, attending social activities, and running a business group out of my neighborhood (Aspire). I also love going to local restaurants and supporting small business in Gilbert. Downtown Gilbert is a fav with my friends and we're so excited to have Epicenter as a new destination for fun activities as well.
