The companies she has worked with range from global conglomerates to real estate moguls and individual business owners looking to reach new untapped markets.Leanna has spoken in front of thousands of entrepreneurs, business leaders and decision-makers from over 13 countries on topics ranging from overcoming success blockers to implementing social media strategies and business growth hacks. We pride ourselves on providing a level of customer service that makes every client feel like our only client regardless of business size or marketing budget. We serve clients in up to 22 countries at any given time which gives us a unique perspective of world economic and marketing trends.  

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
Our greatest compliment came from a customer who said that we were able to match their brand voice in a way that brought ideal clients who were ready to buy and shortened their sales cycle by 38%. He went on to say that our automation process helped him to accurately predict growth. As a result of working with us he was able to double his staff and grew his profitability by 118%. We were the fifth company he worked with in ten years and the first company that was able to show him a positive ROI within the first quarter of working together.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
I don't know if my business would be where it is without the Gilbert Chamber. The Chamber has not only provided me valuable resources when it comes to connecting power partners it has also provided an incredible network of other forward thinking Entrepreneurs who champion one another. They provide opportunities that help me grow both as a business owner and as a leader within my community. The Chamber makes me feel like a valuable member and is always looking for ways to provide additional services to its members and for that reason I am confident I will always be a proud member of the Gilbert Chamber!

What motivates you professionally?
I am motivated by finding new and affordable ways to solve visibility issues for our clients. Most of our clients are the "best kept secret" in their industry and I love using our skill set to help them reach their next level of success by building brand loyalty. Watching others who are passionate about their industry succeed and knowing that I can use our digital tools to help them meet their goals is a powerful motivator.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
Serving clients in 22 countries is something that still stops me in my tracks when I think about it.

Who do you look up to or admire?
The people I look up to and admire most are other local female business owners. Because of my participation in the Chamber I have created a network of amazing, talented women who are each other's biggest fans. They are the ones I look up to because I see the struggles they overcome with grit and grace. It is easy to admire people you see online because they only show you what they want you to see. It is something entirely different when you see people in real life overcome challenges and then help others navigate rocky paths.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
One of our favorite things to do is spend the day in downtown Gilbert. We usually start with breakfast at Liberty Market, hit the farmer's market, play some games over at Whiskey Row, visit the shops downtown, enjoy the happy hour specials at Postinos and then wind up at the Hale Theater. We can spend all day downtown enjoying a variety of things and each time is a different experience!
