We offer Full Service Residential Real Estate and Property Management within the entire Phoenix metro area.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?

4:10 Real Estate & Property Management is a family-run, full-service boutique real estate team. We know that our clients are looking for ways to manage their real estate investments, whether that be their primary residence or multiple rental properties. We created our team based on integrity, transparency and client satisfaction. For the past 15 years, we have worked to assist our clients in achieving their goals, no matter what aspect of residential real estate they are seeking to pursue.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?

 “I recently had the pleasure to work not only with Jason but with each member of his team. They are professional, highly responsive, and overall very easy to work with… you couldn't pick a better team to work with!”

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?

We have found value in the Chamber not only through business to business referrals, but most of all in the relationships that we have built with other like minded business owners along the way. Combining this with access to the Chamber Foundation's Gilbert Leadership program and time as an Ambassador for the Chamber, I have truly been able to see Gilbert from the inside out. I thank the Chamber for a lot of those relationships!

What motivates you professionally?

My why is to be able to build a business that genuinely cares for our clients, which allows the business to support my ability to spend more time with the ones I love. I want to see my kids as adults, having their own kids and enjoying those times with them. I want to travel. I want to date my wife since we never got a chance to be "just us" since we had kids so young. I want to be able to give more. I want to be able to serve more.  The business is the conduit for those things to happen.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?

In life, my greatest success is raising two boys into young men and to watch them impact the world for the better. In business, my biggest success would be leaving my previous brokerage and stepping out on my own to build a multi-million dollar producing real estate brokerage in Gilbert.

Who do you look up to or admire?

I've always looked up to my dad. He has been a great example of what it means to be a hard worker AND love your family fiercely at the same time. Professionally, I look at someone like Tom Ferry (real estate coach), who has set his goals so high that people thought he was crazy and then went to work making those goals a reality. Commitment and drive are key components of my business and I get that from both my Dad and from Tom Ferry.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?

You will find me and my family frequenting a local restaurant like Arizona BBQ or Henhouse Cafe or you may find us hanging just south of Gilbert at our church, The Grove and the Justice College that meets on their campus. We love to support local businesses with their openings and/or community events and being involved in town government is also something that is very important to us.
