Our Mission Statement:
The Black Hawk Band Boosters is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the students of Williams Field High School, Cooley Middle School and the elementary schools that feed into them, the opportunity for music education and visual art experiences that meet the highest standards of education and performance.
We will achieve this mission through financial support, volunteering personal time, and working in collaboration with our directors and instructional staff.
We also pledge to advocate for music in our schools and community, promote fellowship and goodwill within all areas of the school and encourage our students to be ambassadors in their community.
It is our desire to enrich the band program where students can pursue their passions for music and visual arts, as well as be recognized as a leading program in the community.
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? * “It is a fine organization for high school students. The group comes together to put on a winning program. There are many areas students can learn life skills by being part of the group, besides having success learning to play an instrument” – Phyllis Lalley
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? * The Williams Field High School Bands program prides itself on building community pride, by being involved in the community and giving back to their supporters. Being part of the Gilbert Chamber will allow us an even greater opportunity to network with businesses in our community and support them in ways that are mutually beneficial to each organization.
