I love to see leadership teams come together, get a unified Vision for the future, get Traction toward achieving that vision, and develop a happy, harmonious culture that consistently delivers!

It's really satisfying to see business leaders step up, execute, exceed their goals and realize the freedom they were were seeking when they started their businesses!

I love to see entrepreneurial leadership teams have the realization that they have become better, stronger leaders!

Who do you look up to or admire?

I strive to follow Jesus Christ. His life and teachings are an inspiration that guides the loving relationships I seek with all of my friends and business relationships!

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?

I love to teach indoor cycling classes (spin) at the local EoS Fitness gym.
