We believe in being transparent about the realities of owning and investing in real estate. From the upsides to the downsides, the challenges to the rewards, we openly share our experiences and expertise. Terry and I have personally invested in various types of properties, including rentals, land, Airbnb's, new homes, and existing homes. This diverse portfolio enables us to provide valuable guidance to those who are eager to embark on their own investment journey and create wealth. We're here to share the good, the bad, the ugly, and the amazingness of real estate ownership and investing

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
 
One of our greatest sources of pride is the abundance of 5-star reviews we receive. Each testimonial holds immense meaning for us, especially when we hear stories like that of a grateful 12-year-old boy who expresses his heartfelt thanks for finally having a place to call home, putting an end to the constant shuffle of rentals. Or when we are entrusted with the responsibility of assisting the son of an aging parent, handling the entire process smoothly, and witnessing a seamless transition that brings them peace of mind. These moments reaffirm that our work is making a positive impact in the world. It's these heartfelt experiences that motivate us to continue doing good and making a difference in people's lives.

The value we gain from the relationships we've cultivated with fellow business owners and the mutual support we offer one another is immeasurable. What motivates you professionally?
 
Working in the real estate industry brings me immense fulfillment as I have the opportunity to assist families in building long-term wealth for their future. Moreover, being a reliable support system during challenging times such as divorce, loss, new births, and marriages is incredibly rewarding. There's no other career quite like it, where I can make a meaningful impact on people's lives during both joyful and difficult moments. It's a privilege to serve others in such significant ways and contribute to their well-being and prosperity.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?

Teaching my boys the importance of pursuing their dreams, overcoming fear, and taking bold action.

Who do you look up to or admire?
 
I have deep admiration for my mother, who exemplifies a hardworking and dedicated mother. She has always strived to find a balance between her career and family, giving her best in both aspects of her life. Equally inspiring is my husband, who consistently encourages me to pursue my dreams and visions. He serves as a grounding force, keeping me focused and rooted in reality while nurturing my aspirations.

Above all, my admiration extends to my resilient boys, who have faced profound heartache and tragedy at such tender ages. Despite the challenges they have encountered, they have demonstrated remarkable perseverance and an unwavering spirit.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?

You can find us grabbing food at Joe's BBQ, playing a few old school video games at Level One or enjoying a movie and popcorn at Majestic Theatre.
