We offer general and specialized pest control treatments and one-time and recurring services and termite control! At Bug Science, we are committed to protecting, defending, and enhancing your property by providing the most proactive pest control service available. We will exceed your expectations every step of the way.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?

The relationships we have built with out clients because we go above and beyond to provide quality service with a real family feel. We hire, train and grade ourselves because we pride ourselves on being friendly, communicative, punctual and problem solvers.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?

"Bug Science is high quality and professionally run company but they make you feel like family. Spence was obviously good at his job but his concern for my home and my dogs was exceptional and made it feel so personal. The cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule in a very timely fashion. The office staff was so responsive and the techs were fantastic. What more could I ask for!"

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?

We have been able to connect and strengthen our bond within the community of Gilbert. The clients we have been able to bring on because of the chamber have been some of the most wonderful people! We are able to use other small business owners for our clients as well as learned from other businesses in the chamber. They have helped up grow to where we are today.

What motivates you professionally?

Being a problem solver and someone's answer. I like to help people and fix things.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?

Bug Science, hands down. I have out my blood, sweat and tears into this business.

Who do you look up to or admire?

My mother. Against all odds, she sacrificed so much so that myself and my 2 siblings could enjoy their childhood. We didn't know we were poor, because she made sure we had what we needed by running 3 businesses and being a single mother.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?

My favorite places are the local restaurants and bars to hang out with my friends! I love to attend the local Gilbert Farmers Market to get special treats for my pups and then we typically head to one of the local dog parks. We also sponsored a Gilbert American Little League Tball team, so we spent time at Crossroads park cheering on the World Series Diamondback Tball team!!
