We are searching for a motivated and driven individual to serve as an assistant to our Designated Broker as well as a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage the broker's activities as well as all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers.   • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Work with Designated Broker to ensure the team achieves sales and operational goals
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by Broker
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
