This workshop will focus on an employee experience attractive to the right kind of people for your company. Join us to navigate these new employee demands with the needs of your company. \n\n\n\nWe will have a special guest joining us for the workshop\, Nathan Williams\, Chief People Officer for the Town of Gilbert. He's spent about 15 years of his career leading Human Resources functions in both the private and public sectors. Nathan firmly believes that great Human Resources teams\, and in turn\, great organizations\, are built on a strategic perspective\, and a primary focus on employee engagement and organizational culture. The risk-management\, policy-focused side of HR is secondary to driving highly engaged employees. Help people find purpose in their work\, connect them to your mission\, and create a sense of place\, and the majority of personnel issues and risks will disappear. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo attend an event or meeting in person\, please register in advance.
