You'll work every major muscle group with strength training\, cardio\, and stretching. Curves is a supportive environment where you can gain strength\, balance\, and flexibility with the support and guidance of your Curves coach. Curves classes range from low to high intensity\, which means you can always find a program that works for you.\n\n\n\nOver 25 years ago\, Curves changed women's fitness by delivering studio fitness without the premium price. From the beginning\, Curves has been designed specifically for real women and to be different than any fitness center or gym.
