DESCRIPTION:Join Chamber member and Gilbert Leadership Alumnus Matt Dallas of N2 Publishing as he facilitates our Business Leaders' Quarterly Book Club!\n\n\n\nThe first 10 participants to register will receive a complimentary book from Matt!\n\n\n\nBased on the book selection Straight-Line Leadership by Dusan Djukich\; moderated by Matt Dallas these discussions will help participants develop leadership abilities.\n\n"The skills you will be introduced to in this book are foundational. They are not soft skills and they are not hard skills\; they are the foundation on which all skills are built. They are vital for effective leadership   and effective leadership is vital for individual and business performance." - Dusan Djukich\n\n\n\nThis Book Club launches on Friday\, April 9th and meets virtually or in person each Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. -  10:00 a.m. thru May 14th.\n\n\n\nHear what other members had to say about the previous book club series:\n\n\n\n"The Book Club Series these past few weeks has given me a platform to spring from regarding my mindset\, and business growth. You will be required to review and sign the Waiver of Liability\n\n \n\nWe are pleased to provide the opportunity for in-person attendance at some meetings and events. To provide this option\, the following safety measures will be in practice: \n\n	Capacity in each meeting room is limited (advance registration required).\n	All guests and team members will be required to properly wear cloth face coverings when entering and exiting the facility and moving throughout the building but can be removed while seated as long as social distancing is maintained. Members sharing a table\, we ask that face coverings be worn.\n	Seating will be configured in such a way as to maintain physical distancing whenever possible.\n	Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the facility. \n	Physical distancing signage will be displayed. \n	Meetings rooms and common areas will be sanitized after each meeting or event.\n\nWe understand some guests prefer a virtual option. We will work to provide a virtual option in instances for which this format can be supported. The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel any in-person activity at any time through the guidance of our Board of Directors. \n\nIf you feel ill or have symptoms of any illness\, please make use of the virtual option.
