DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Gilbert Leadership Alumni for a panel discussion open to anyone with an interest in pursuing a local political career! Highlights will include personal experiences and lessons learned from Alumni who pursued\, are currently pursuing or are serving in public office. Panelists will share their motives for running\, campaign costs (financial\, emotional\, and time commitments)\, and advice for future office seekers.\n\n \n\nPanelists: Barbara Guy\, Business Owner & Community Activist\; Bus Obayomi\, Consultant & Coach\; Kathy Tilque\, Town Council Member & Former President/CEO Gilbert Chamber\n\n \n\nFacilitator:  Mark Newman\, Gilbert Leadership Graduate\, Past GL Board Chair\, local Business Owner\n\n\n\nA candidate's participation in this  event does not express or imply the Chamber's endorsement of any candidate.\n\n\n\nCOVID-19 Update:\n\n\n\nTo attend an event or meeting in person\, please register in advance.
