I will share a few ways naming things has altered the landscape of my life and transformed my sense of empowerment and identity and ultimately primed me for the freedom I have today.\n\n \n\nEvery business coaching advice I?ve received has always made a point about naming your target market - about drilling down your market to the smallest detail so you can carve out a niche with that segment. Elaine holds a MA in Creative Enterprise and Cultural Leadership. She also completed graduate work in Performance Studies and Southeast Asian Studies. She was a Wilson Scholar at William and Mary and an Institute Fellow at Northwestern University?s Center for Global Culture & Communication. Elaine was awarded Businesswoman of the Year in 2019\, Volunteer of the Year in 2017\, and is a Flinn-Brown Fellow in the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership Academy.\n\n\n\nElaine is married to William Johns and together they have two incredible kids\, Adele and Elise.
